This is the information page for the A-I-R Banner Exchange. This service is available exclusively to residents of Artists-In-Residence. The banners will be displayed on the Artists-In-Residence site with a direct link to the resident's site.

Residents earn displays of their banner at a rate of 3:2, two for every three times the banner appears on their site. They can keep up with activity by logging in on the Members Only link above. They can also go there to change the URL of the banner their display (which, btw, must still meet the exchange requirements below).

As a bonus, each resident who joins the Exchange will receive 100 free views instantly upon acceptance of their forms.

There are a few requirements:

1. Residents may only advertise a Web site on Artists-In-Residence that is active (no empty rooms);
2. Banners must be a 468x60 .gif file and no larger than 12k in size;
3. Banners must be stored on Artists-In-Residence;
4. To earn additional hits, the banner code may be displayed on as many pages as you wish, but one must be at the URL you submit on the form.

To submit a banner, please click on the Join the Exchange link and complete the form. Do not submit the form until you are certain the banner .gif has been loaded in your space and is displaying as you wish it to appear. I will only check it once, then discard the form if .gif not working.

After I have checked to see if your site is active, I will add the banner to the rotation.
